At SACRED International, we are committed to delivering genuine products and reliable service. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds. 

Return Eligibility

We offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Product received is damaged or defective.
2. Product differs from the description mentioned on the website.
3. Incorrect item delivered (wrong product, color, size, or quantity).
4. Missing parts or accessories in the delivered package.

Customers must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order for return requests.

In case of damaged or defective products, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• In case of returning the product, customer needs to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original manufacturer packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact.
• Original invoice must be available.

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return, including:

• Electronics
• Electrical items
• Cartridges
• Safety products
• Tyres
• Car-care items

Products purchased under clearance sale or combo offers are also not eligible for return.

Return Process

Customers can return products through the following methods:

Reverse Pickup

• After approval, we will attempt to arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner.
• Pickup will generally be scheduled within 2–3 business days.
• Customer must securely pack the product in original brand packaging and attach a copy of the invoice.
• Product should be handed over to the courier representative.

Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is not available in your location:

• Customer must send the product via India Post only.
• After verification, courier charges will be reimbursed.

Quality Inspection & Replacement

• Returned products will undergo quality inspection within 2 business days of receipt.
• If the product is confirmed damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability.
• If any discrepancy is found during inspection, the product will be re-shipped to the customer, and re-shipment courier charges must be borne by the customer.

For courier reimbursement or refund via bank transfer, customers must share:

• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellation may also occur due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Incorrect pricing or product specification errors
• Product unavailability
• Non-serviceable delivery location
• Suspected fraudulent transactions

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

Online Payments

(Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet)

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

NEFT / Cheque Payments

Customer must share the following details via registered email:

• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Order Number
• Order Name

Refund will be initiated within 2 business days after receiving complete details.
The amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 2–7 business days thereafter.
